My Name Is Kelsey, I am 21 years old and Aspire to become an Event Planner. I Live in a lovely area called Toluca Lake, Ca and I am very happy with my life at the moment. I attend school at Los Angeles Valley College and I am also engaged. I enjoy blogging, reading, arts and crafts, sports, acting, music, dancing, decorating and of course event planning.
